Objection to Telephone Marketing

In accordance with Article L.223-3 of the French Consumer Code, consumers have the right to register on the telephone marketing opt-out list. Article L.223-3 of the French Consumer Code states:

“When a professional collects a consumer’s telephone details, the professional shall inform the consumer of their right to register on the telephone marketing opt-out list. When this information is collected upon entering into a contract, the contract shall clearly and comprehensibly mention the existence of this right.”

Rate Terms and Conditions

Cancellation or modification by the customer:

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, customers are reminded that they do not have the right of withdrawal provided for in Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code.
The terms and conditions applicable to the reserved rate specify the procedures for cancelling and/or modifying the reservation.
Prepaid reservations cannot be modified or cancelled. Advance payments made as deposits will not be refunded. Where applicable, this will be stated in the rate’s terms and conditions.
Where permitted by the terms and conditions applicable to the reserved rate:

reservations may be cancelled directly through the website or mobile services via the “View or cancel your reservation” section;
reservations may be modified directly with the hotel using the telephone number provided in the booking confirmation sent by email.

If the customer cuts their stay short, the full agreed price will be charged. No refund will be granted for prepaid reservations.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the customer must vacate the room before 12:00 noon on the final day of the reservation. Failure to do so will result in an additional night being charged.
All reservations are made in the guest’s name and may not be transferred to a third party under any circumstances, whether free of charge, for payment or for commercial purposes.
