«Confirmation email»: Email sent by the Elsa Hotel Paris in the last step of the booking or order process. It summarizes the reservation validated by the customer and confirms its receipt by the site www.elsa-hotel-paris.com. The confirmation email constitutes a booking confirmation as defined below.
«Booking confirmation»: Dematerialized document that summarizes the characteristics of the services booked at the end of the booking process and its validation by the Customer. "«Reservation by phone or e-mail»: Reservation of additional rooms or services offered by the Elsa Hotel Paris by phone call or by email by the Client, responding to the booking registration process as described in these terms and conditions.

«Services»: Services marketed by the ELSA HOTEL PARIS consisting, under a contract with the establishment, in the provision of rooms whose essential characteristics are presented on the site www.elsa-hotel-paris.com with or without meal and/or breakfast services and other additional services related to temporary accommodation, including artistic entertainment.
